any unauthorised use of you username & password or any other
security breach and ensure that you log off from your account
at the end of each session. |

The minimum duration of an Ant-Edit account is one year. If
you cancel your account before the renewal date you will be
liable for any outstanding payments up to the renewal date.
After a year you will be automatically invoiced for the coming
year but you will have the opportunity to cancel. |

We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused
to your web site by the use, misuse, unavailability or removal
of this service. |

By logging into your account you are indicating your acceptance
of these terms and conditions. |

By using Ant-Edit, you agree, without limitation or qualification,
to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions
and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any Ant-Edit
product or service. All such guidelines and rules are hereby
incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions. |

Use of the products and services is subject to compliance
with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that
netreach.co.uk may cancel your account should you fail to comply
with the Terms and Conditions. Any such cancellation shall be
at Ant-Edit's sole discretion. |

When is your account is cancelled we may remove details of
your account, all sub-editors and pages listed in our database. |

You acknowledge and agree that all information, code, data,
text, music, sound, photographs, pictures, graphics, or other
content is the sole responsibility of the person who publishes
the content. This means that you, and not netreach.co.uk, are
entirely responsible for all content you upload that may infringe
copyright. |

We always aim to provide you with a competitive price but,
we reserve the right to adjust our prices inline with current
market trends. We will give you prior notice of any price changes.

Content that exploits the images of children under 18
years of age, or that discloses personally identifying

Content that facilitates hacking. |

Content that infringes any patent, trademark, service
mark, trade secret, copyright or other rights of any party.
This provision includes software piracy. |

You will not violate any applicable UK, EEC or UN law whether
intentionally or unintentionally. |

You will not decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, adapt,
reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or sublicence
any software or service deployed by Ant-Edit. |
